I absolutely love knitted waistcoats, I think they are the ultimate transitional piece. The super star to layering. When I set out to design Wilma, I had two key words, simple & statement. I wanted a simple design that was quick to make but a total statement when worn. Hopefully you think I have achieved these goals & you love her as much as I do?

I am myself a self-taught knitter and I have created all my patterns with that in mind, adding extra descriptions and imagery to help guide you through the process. I use my Instagram platform to make video content that will aid you through some of the key techniques featured in my patterns. How long will it take to knit : 6-8 hours but if you have knitted before then it could be faster.

Sizing : Pattern is available to make in nine sizes from a UK size 6-22.

Skill Level : This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques you will need to know are cast on, knit, purl, picking up stitches, making buttonholes and increasing & decreasing stitches.

Needles : 15mm (US19) 100cm circular needles (used back & fore, NOT in the round) & 10mm (US15) straight needles.
