This bag came about because I just loved all the green crochet bags that are out there at the moment but couldn’t get my hands on one due to them selling out. I had a lightbulb moment & decided why don’t I just make one myself but obviously a knitted version, so ‘Cher’ was born. I then documented by make on my Instagram & so many of you reached out saying you wanted the pattern, so here we are, thank you all so much!!!

Cher is lovingly named after my mum & also one of my favourite characters in one of my favourite films ‘Clueless’. It is a contemporary design that is suitable to use day or night & the strap is the perfect length to hold on the arm or fit over the shoulder.

I am a self-taught knitter & therefore create my patterns with that in mind, adding extra descriptions & imagery to help guide you through the process of making. I also use my instagram platform to make video content that will aid you through some of the key techniques featured in my patterns. Skill Level : This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques you will need to know are, cable cast on, cable cast off, knit, purl, three-needle cast/bind off & seaming with a crochet hook.
